Draft Invasive Alien Species Policy
1. Ensuring the prevention of the introduction and control of the spread of Invasive Alien Species in the country;
2. To establish a coordinated framework for the prevention, containment, eradication, control and efficient management of Invasive Alien Species in the country.;
3. To promote and support research, innovation and technologies for Invasive Alien Species management;
4. To ensure the availability of adequate and reliable data and improve information and knowledge sharing to support early detection, risk analysis and rapid response.

Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) No. 67.06.74:16: Organic agricultural products. Requirements governing production, processing, marketing, exportation, importation and labelling
The notified Regulation establishes the provisions and procedures governing the production, registration, certification, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of organic agricultural products. It applies to the following products that carry or should carry a descriptive label relating to organic production methods.

The notified Technical Regulation establishes the provisions and procedures governing the production, registration, certification, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of organic agricultural products. Regulation of the Director General of Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (NADFC) No. 10 of 2016 concerning the Uses of Enzyme and Enzyme Immobilization Agents Categorized as Processing Aids on Food Processing
Based on Law number 18/2012 regarding food, food is any edible matter derived from organic sources in plantation, farming, forestry , fishery , animal husbandry, waters and water, processed or unprocessed, for the purpose of food or beverage for human consumption, including food additives, food ingredients and other ingredients used for preparation, processing and/or production of food and drink. Other ingredients including uses of processing aids.
The usage of Genetically Modified Processing Aids should meet the related regulations.

Amendment to the List of Regulated Living Organisms under the Invasive Alien Species Act
To designate Mauremys sinensis, M. sinensis x M. japonica, M. sinensis x M. mutica, M. sinensis x M. reevesii, Japalura swinhonis, Bufo melanostictus, Eleutherodactylus johnstonei, E. planirostris, Kaloula pulchra, Acheilognathus macropterus, Ameiurus nebulosus, Pylodictis olivaris, Tachysurus fulvidraco, Silurus glanis, any member of the family Esocidae, any living hybrid organisms of species of the family Esocidae, Gambusia holbrooki, Lates niloticus, Morone Americana, Gymnocephalus cernuus, Neogobius melanostomus, Mikania micrantha, Ammophila arenaria, Drosera intermedia and Utricularia inflata as Invasive Alien Species (IAS) .

Proposed Amendments to the Regulation on Safety Assessment for Genetically Modified Food Products
The proposed amendment seeks to:
1. Define self-cloning microorganism;
2. Exempt self-cloning microorganism from safety assessment, if it is destined for contained use without antibiotic resistance gene;
3. Shorten the standard sample quantity of the host microorganism and its genetically modified strain to submit for safety assessment;
4. Shorten the document list to submit for safety assessment with a document that shows removal of genetically modified microorganism and newly introduced gene within final product.

Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-003-SAGARPA-2015 on the health, quality, safety, traceability, labelling and conformity assessment requirements for agave syrup
From a geographical viewpoint, the notified draft Mexican Official Standard is mandatory throughout the United Mexican States and in any country where a sovereign decision is made to adopt it, within the framework of the rules and conventions governing international law.

Decision amending the second transitional article of the Decision Notifying Guidelines for Organic Agricultural Activities, published on 29 October 2013

Pursuant to the second transitional article of the Decision Notifying Guidelines for Organic Agricultural Activities, operators certified under voluntary schemes shall, upon the date of this Decision's entry into force, bring themselves into compliance with its provisions and obtain the respective organic certification within a maximum period of 12 months, i.e. by April 2015.

The notified document establishes the requirements governing the marketing registration of bio -inputs and related substances used in agriculture. It applies to the registration of bio -inputs and related substances that are formulated, produced, imported, marketed and distributed for agricultural use.
Botanical pesticides, microbiological pesticides and biosolids are excluded from the scope of this Standard.
