Phytosanitary requirements for the importation, temporary admission and transit of used machinery, and repeal of Resolution No. 2.979 of 2001
1. The notified text establishes phytosanitary requirements for the importation, temporary admission and transit of used machinery.
2. Used machinery shall be understood to mean the following: agricultural, forestry , gardening and earth-moving machinery, equipment, tools and parts thereof, waste compactors, and any other machinery designated by the Service, in accordance with the associated phytosanitary risk.

3. Used machinery entering national territory, whether imported or admitted temporarily, must be clean and free of soil , plant remains and regulated pests. To this end it must be clean ed inside and out, in the country of origin, using a pressure washer, steam, forced or aspirated air, or another appropriate method, with parts being disassembled if necessary.

This Administrative Measure revises Decree No. 44…
This Administrative Measure revises Decree No. 44 of AQSIQ. It stipulates the inspection, quarantine and supervision requirements for entry of aquatic animals. The purpose of this administrative measure is to implement risk-based supervision of inspection and quarantine requirements for entry of aquatic animals, and to implement classified and creditable supervision of enterprises on the basis of a risk analysis approach. This administrative measure will establish:
• A quarantine access system to conduct risk analysis, as well as a safety and health control system to evaluate aquatic animals imported for the first time, and also to review traditional trade. The access list will be released by AQSIQ;
• A traceability system, whereby overseas-based aquaculture and packaging enterprises will be requested to be registered. Chinese importers will also be requested to be registered and to establish business records; and
• A safety supervision system based on an official monitoring plan to ensure the safe entry of aquatic animals.

Measure description Coverage of the measure
This Administrative Measure revises Decree No. 44 of AQSIQ. It stipulates the inspection, quarantine and supervision requirements for entry of aquatic animals. The purpose of this administrative measure is to implement risk-based supervision of inspection and quarantine requirements for entry of aquatic animals, and to implement classified and creditable supervision of enterprises on the basis of a risk analysis approach. This administrative measure will establish:
