30. Special test of goods:
(1) If it is required to subject any goods to a special test from the health or environmental perspective, the Customs Officer may get such goods tested by the concerned body or laboratory.

(4) If, in carrying out test pursuant to sub-section (3), the goods appear to cause adverse effects or damage to the environment or health, the Customs Officer shall order the concerned importer to return such goods back to the concerned exporter of the foreign country, in such manner as prescribed. Provided that, prior to making such order, the Customs Officer may ask the importer to submit an evidence showing the refund of foreign currency paid for such goods or a bond covenanting to have refund of such foreign currency.

25 Arrangement to remove or destroy the goods which cannot be used:

1. Chief of the customs office should make written decision giving reasons for the removal or destroying of the goods and also specify the procedure for carrying out the decision in case of following goods:

a) [...]
b) As per rule (30) of the Act, goods, upon the laboratory test, found to be harmful for health or environment or found to be adversely affecting health or environment , the exporter did not return the goods, despite the instruction issued by the customs officer to return such goods.
c) [...]
4. Notwithstanding the provision in the this rule the customs office should follow the instruction in case the destroying of goods or poisonous product or heavy equipment or vehicles adversely affect the people's health or environment.

A. Reason or purposes for establishing and/or maintaining state trading enterprise.
Reply: To ensure stable supply of products subject to state trading, prevent consumers' interests from being affected by drastic price fluctuations, safeguard food security of the nation, protect exhaustible and non- recyclable resources and the environment , and achieve the goal of sustainable development.

The Agreement covers trade in goods, inter alia trade in industrial products, including fish and other marine products, and processed agricultural products. Also included are provisions on intellectual property rights, investment, services and government procurement, payments and capital movements, trade and sustainable development, and provisions on administration and dispute settlement. In addition, the individual EFTA States and Bosnia and Herzegovina concluded bilateral agreements on basic agricultural products, which form part of the instruments creating the free trade area. The Agreement establishes a Joint Committee, which will supervise the application thereof.

The Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement is a comprehensive agreement, which beyond trade in goods and services, also covers investment, government procurement, intellectual property, labour and environment.

The Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement establishes a free-trade area between Canada and Honduras within the meaning of Article XXIV of the GATT 1994. The Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement also provides for the liberalization of trade in services between Canada and Honduras within the meaning of Article V of the GATS. The Agreement covers goods, services, investment, and other areas, and includes parallel Agreements on Labour and Environmental Cooperation.

The 2013 Act contains explicit provisions setting out subject matter that is not eligible for patent protection:

• Inventions whose commercial exploitation would be contrary to morality or public order;
• Plant varieties;

The 2013 Act provides for the establishment of a Maori Advisory Committee to advise the Commissioner of Patents in relation to patent applications for inventions involving traditional knowledge or indigenous plants and animals. The Committee's function will be to provide advice that can be used by the Commissioner to assist in determining whether such inventions are novel, or involve an inventive step, or whether the commercial exploitation of such inventions would be offensive to Maori.
