Recipients:
- Recycling business operators specified in Article 31 of the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources:
- A business to install recycling facilities; a resource recycling business conducted by the operators of designated recycling businesses and designated by-product discharging businesses; the installation and operation of energy recovery facilities; a business to build a recycling complex; a recycling business conducted by those who have obtained permission for intermediate waste disposal business or general waste disposal business; a business of research and technical development to facilitate recycling of resources; or the installation and operation of distribution supporting centers.
