Compensation Scheme for Indirect Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Scheme to compensate industrial sectors and subsectors deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage for indirect costs between 2021 and 2030: (...) The purpose of this scheme is to prevent the transfer of productive activities in these sectors to third countries that are not bound by the ETS or European Union regulations, which would lead to a decline in production in Spain and the EU, as well as the danger of producing an overall increase in greenhouse gas emissions due to the less stringent restrictions in non-EU countries.

To compensate certain sectors and subsectors exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage for indirect costs attributable to greenhouse gas emissions, passed on in electricity prices, as a result of entering the fourth phase of the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS).

Compensation Scheme for Indirect Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Scheme to compensate industrial sectors and subsectors deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage for indirect costs between 2021 and 2030: (...) Aid Scheme for Energy-intensive Users: Compensation scheme for charges attributable to the financing of specific support to renewable energy production and high-efficiency cogeneration, and to additional financing in Spanish non-peninsular territories.
Manufacturing industry. Private undertakings that own a point of supply or installation, which can prove that they have borne the charges for the supply of electricity for the year preceding the call for applications, are eligible for the aid regulated under this provision.
