QR No. 11: Import and/or export licensing for import and/or export of hazardous
wastes (exept for goods in transit)
The import of waste into the territory of EAEU Members for the purpose of its burial and neutralization is prohibited.
Import and export of waste into the customs territory of Eurasian Economic Union the by individuals for personal use is prohibited.
Importation of waste into states - members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the purpose of dumping and disposal of prohibited .
Transboundary movement through the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of States of transit is carried out without registration license upon the conclusion of a public authority in accordance with the laws of the State - a member of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Transit procedure is regulated by the waste under the Basel Convention and the law of the State - a member of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Granulated slag (slag sand) from the manufacture of ferrous metals
Slag, dross (other than granulated slag), scalings and other waste from the manufacture of ferrous metals
Scalings containing copper oxide
Slag, ash and residues (other than from the manufacture of ferrous metals) containing metals, arsenic or their compounds, including:
hard zinc
lead output, lead dross, lead sludge, containing 30% of lead or more
aluminum slag
salt slag, containing magnesium
light metal outputs, containing magnesium

Gypsum wastes formed during the industrial chemical processes

Whether or not halogenated non-aqueous distillation residues formed during the operations of recovery (regeneration) of organic solvents
Wastes formed during the production of aliphatic halogenated hydrocarbons (chloromethane, dichloroethane, allyl chloride, epichlorohydrin), consisting of a mixture of polychlorinated hydrocarbons by 80-90%
