This regulation amends tolerances for residues of fluopicolide in or on potato, processed potato waste and vegetable, tuberous and corm, subgroup 1C and establishes a tolerance for residues of fluopicolide in or on potato, granules/flakes. This regulation also assigns an expiration date to existing tolerances for potato, processed potato waste at 1.0 ppm and vegetable, tuberous and corm, subgroup 1C at 0.3 ppm. Lastly, this regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance on hop, dried cones. The time-limited tolerance is in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) . The time-limited tolerance will expire and revoked on 31 December 2019.

1. The legal texts governing incentives for energy saving are as follows: • Law No. 93 120 of 27 December 1993 enacting the Investment Incentives Code, as amended or supplemented by subsequent texts; • Law No. 2005 82 of 15 August 2005 establishing an energy management system; • Law No. 2005 106 of 19 December 2005 containing the Finance Law for 2006 (Articles 12 and 13 establishing the National Fund for Energy Management); • Decree No. 2005 2234 of 22 August 2005 setting the rates and amounts of capital grants made for measures falling under the energy management regime and the criteria and procedures for awarding them; • Decree No. 94 1191 of 30 May 1994 establishing the conditions of eligibility for the tax benefits provided for in Articles 37, 41, 42 and 49 of the Investment Incentives Code and granted for facilities for energy saving, research into, production and marketing of renewable energy and research into geothermal energy, equipment for pollution control and waste collection, processing and treatment, and research and development facilities, as amended or supplemented by subsequent texts. |
