Road Transport Regulation of Dangerous Goods:

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the standards and procedures for the transport of dangerous goods by road, and shall apply to dangerous road transport operators and their drivers. Except as provided in the preceding number, the hazardous goods road transport of the class of explosives and radioactive materials carried out by the Defense and Security Forces and the National Atomic Energy Agency, respectively.
