The forest;  and agricultural land management programme (programme 20) is intended to give the Congo Basin the means of playing a sustainable leading role in the absorption of green house gases. PNG has not submitted any notifications to the Committee on Import Licensing since 1998. Prior authorization and/or licence requirements exist for certain imports mainly for security, public health and environmental reasons. Barbados' growth strategy focusses on increasing the country's market share in the activities in which it has established its international competitiveness, namely: tourism, international business and finance, agro-processing, and green energy.
