Measures Financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development ("Second Pillar" of the CAP): Natura 2000 payments and payments linked to Directive 2000/60/EC. The support under this measure is to be granted to beneficiaries of this measure who suffer from particular disadvantages due to specific mandatory requirements that go beyond certain baseline level in the areas concerned resulting from the implementation of Birds and Habitats Directives and Water Framework Directive (WFD) when compared to the situation of farmers and foresters in other areas not concerned by these disadvantages.

Measures Financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development ("Second Pillar" of the CAP): Payments to areas facing natural or other specific constraints compensate farmers annually per hectare for all or part of the additional costs and income foregone related to the constraints for agricultural production in the area concerned. Payments encourage continued use of agricultural land, contribute to maintaining the countryside and to maintain and promote sustainable farming systems (...).

Measures Financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development ("Second Pillar" of the CAP): The Co-Operation Measure, as laid down in Article 35 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013, can support the setting up, running and direct costs of a wide range of cooperation projects. It can support (...) joint action undertaken with a view to mitigating or adapting to climate change as well as environmental projects and practices, horizontal and vertical co operation among supply chain actors in the sustainable provision of biomass, (...) community supported agriculture and education about the environment and food.

Measures Financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development ("Second Pillar" of the CAP): The Risk Management Measure has been newly introduced under the second pillar of the CAP (Rural Development) for the period 2014 2020. This measure consists of three sub measures: contribution to farmers for (1) insurance premiums, support to (2) mutual funds and to (3) an income stabilization tool (IST). The insurance and mutual funds sub measures support affiliated farmers in managing their production risks as regards losses to their animal husbandry or crop caused by crisis events including adverse climatic events, animal and plant diseases, pest infestations, and environmental incidents.

Covers a comprehensive number of product types for which prohibition of import and (or) export from the customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is applied, by means of licensing and/or application of other administrative measures of foreign trade activity regulations.

This Decision establishes provisions for Eurasian Economic Union members in order to comply with international obligations for species of wild fauna and flora under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora of 3 March 1973, implemented through a system of licensing.

In order to implement the Rotterdam Convention, the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, through Chief Executive's Decision No. 188/2022, has included industrial chemicals and relevant goods under the Rotterdam Convention
