Approval of the ecotoxicological classification of agricultural pesticides in relation to bees, the technical standard defining the area of impact and providing warning to beekeepers, and amendment to that Resolution: Article 12 of Law No. 21.489 grants the Agricultural and Livestock Service the authority to introduce restrictions on the use of agricultural pesticides that are toxic to bees, which must be notified in strict compliance with the indications contained on the label of the authorised agricultural pesticide, and Decree Law No. 3.557 establishing that users of pesticides must use them in accordance with the technical standards indicated on the label. The notified text establishes the Resolution approving the ecotoxicological classification of agricultural pesticides in relation to bees, their information requirements and labelling standards, which shall be governed by the provisions of this Resolution and the Technical Standard establishing criteria for determining the area of impact, form and timing of notification of pesticide application that may have an impact on the welfare of bees. The Technical Standard also establishes a timeline for implementation periods.

The tests that are specified in this document are type tests, and are to be carried out on samples of a device to show compliance. The electrical characteristics of the implantable pulse generator or lead are determined either by the appropriate method detailed in this particular document or by any other method demonstrated to have an accuracy equal to, or better than, the method specified. In case of dispute, the method detailed in this particular document applies.

National Standard of the P.R.C., Implants for surgery — Active implantable medical devices — Part 1: General requirements for safety, marking and for information to be provided by the manufacturer: This document specifies the requirements that are generally applicable to active implantable medical devices. This document applies not only to electrically powered active implantable medical devices, but also to active implantable medical devices powered by other energy sources(e.g., gas pressure or springs). This document also applies to certain non-implantable parts and accessories of active implantable medical devices.

This document applies to a) the newly-built cold stores building and the assembly cold stores installed with refrigerant units. It also can be referred by the cold stores with freezing function and the retrofitted cold stores; b) the air-cooling or water-cooling positive displacement refrigerant compressor condensing units driven by electric motors. National Standard of the P.R.C., Hand protection—protective gloves for welders: This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for protective gloves used in manual metal welding, gas cutting and similar operations. This document applies to welder protective gloves that protect the hands and wrists during welding and related operations. This document does not apply to protective gloves used for special welding operations.

National Standard of the P.R.C., Safety and technical standards for cleaning products: This document specifies terms and definitions, raw material requirements, product requirements, test methods and labeling requirements for cleaning products. The document applies to cleaning products (except cosmetics, disinfection products and detergents for food) produced and sold (including imported) in the People's Republic of China.
