For the four year period from 2014 to 2018, encompassing the bulk of this fifth review, the Colombian Government drew up the National Development Plan "All together for a new country". The plan addresses the task of building a peaceful, equitable, educated Colombia, aligned with international best practice and standards, taking an approach based on long term planning that encompasses the country's sustainable development goals.

In addition to the three core pillars (Peace, Equity and Education), the plan incorporates a number of cross cutting strategies, namely (…) green growth. (…)
