This guidance is a supporting regulatory document for the implementation of the "Measures on The Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances". It refines the relevant provisions of the "Measures on The Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" and clarifies the specific implementation requirements. This guidance mainly includes the scope of registration, registration types, registration procedures, requirements for registration application materials, special stipulations of polymer and environmental management registration for new uses, re-registration, registration certificate changes, withdrawal and cancellation, and post-registration management etc.

Fuel consumption limits for individual passenger car

This standard specifies the fuel consumption limits for individual passenger car. This standard applies to M1 vehicles with GVW no more than 3500kg which can run on gasoline or diesel fuel. This standard does not apply to vehicles that only use gaseous fuels or alcohol-based fuels.

Domestic sanitary insecticide

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements and test methods for domestic sanitary insecticide products. This standard applies to general requirements related to human health, environmental protection and safety of domestic sanitary insecticide products.

This standard stipulates the maximum limit requirements, sample preparation and determination methods for lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium and soluble heavy metals (soluble antimony, soluble arsenic, soluble barium, soluble cadmium, soluble chromium, soluble lead, soluble mercury, soluble selenium) in printing inks.

Solid cyanide package (potassium cyanide, sodium cyanide)

This Standard specifies the classification, packaging form, packaging structure, specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, identification, transportation and storage of solid cyanide (potassium cyanide, sodium cyanide) (hereinafter referred to as cyanide) . This standard is applicable to solid cyanide packaging.

Feed processing machinery

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, sanitary requirements, verification of sanitary requirements, and use information of feed processing machinery.

This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and installation of feed processing machinery, including single machine equipment and complete set of processing equipment for the production of additive premixed feed, concentrated feed, mixed feed and concentrate supplementary feed.

Restricting excessive packaging of food and cosmetics

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, detection, and judgment rules for restricting excessive packaging of food and cosmetics.

This standard is applicable to the sales packaging of food and cosmetics, and it is not applicable to gifts or products not for sale.

Mercury cadmium and lead for zinc anode primary battery

This standard specifies the limits of mercury, cadmium and lead content in standardized zinc manganese dioxide batteries, zinc silver oxide batteries and zinc air batteries.

This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of the above-mentioned batteries and batteries composed of several single batteries.

This standard specifies limits and methods of measurement for the protection of off-board receivers with regard to vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines.

Multi-connected air-condition (heat pump) units

This standard specifies the maximum allowable values of energy efficiency, energy efficiency grades and testing method for multi-connected air-condition (heat pump) units and low ambient temperature air source multi-connected heat pump (air-conditioning) units.
