The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approving the List of goods export and import of which is subject to licensing and quotas for 2021" No. 1329 of 28 December 2020: the Resolution specifies goods falling under the system of nonautomatic licensing and administrative bodies responsible for issuing of approvals to obtain a license for importation of particular categories of goods under this system of licensing.

To protect the environment and comply with international conventions by regulating ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Measure description Coverage of the measure
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approving the List of goods export and import of which is subject to licensing and quotas for 2021" No. 1329 of 28 December 2020: the Resolution specifies goods falling under the system of nonautomatic licensing and administrative bodies responsible for issuing of approvals to obtain a license for importation of particular categories of goods under this system of licensing.
Ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases; Goods and equipment that can contain ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases; Goods imported from the Republic of North Macedonia within the framework of tariff quota in accordance with the provisions of Agreement on free trade between Ukraine and Republic of Macedonia of 18 January 2001.

Resolution (...) on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste and their Utilization/Disposal and "Yellow Waste List" and "Green Waste List" (as amended): the Regulation approves the applicable license conditions for the
implementation of economic activities to manage hazardous wastes, as well as establishes an exhaustive list of documents
attached to the application for a license to conduct economic activities to manage hazardous wastes (hereinafter - the license),
as well as defines an exhaustive list of organizational, personnel, production requirements mandatory for the implementation of these activities.

To protect the environment by regulating hazardous waste; comply with Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements a¡of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal.

Resolution (...) on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste and their Utilization/Disposal and "Yellow Waste List" and "Green Waste List" (as amended): the Regulation approves the applicable license conditions for the
implementation of economic activities to manage hazardous wastes, as well as establishes an exhaustive list of documents
attached to the application for a license to conduct economic activities to manage hazardous wastes (hereinafter - the license),
as well as defines an exhaustive list of organizational, personnel, production requirements mandatory for the implementation of these activities.
Hazardous waste. The list of products determined by the Resolution fully corresponds
to Annex I of Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal.
