The Free Trade Agreement between Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the "Agreement") establishes a free trade area for trade in goods within the meaning of Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and trade in services within the meaning of Article V of the GATS.
The Agreement includes provisions on trade in goods, services, investment, digital and telecommunications, small and medium sized enterprises, and trade and sustainable development, including women's economic empowerment. |

The Agreement establishing an Association between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Kingdom of Morocco ("The Agreement") is based on the provisions of the EU-Morocco Association Agreement and the EU-Morocco Dispute Settlement Mechanism Agreement.
The Agreement establishes a free trade area for trade in goods, within the meaning of Article XXIV of the GATT 1994, including provisions on rules of origin, preferential tariffs and quotas. Preferential treatment under the agreement will be provisionally applied by both parties as of 1 January 2021. It also contains cooperation commitments in areas often covered by association agreements, including in agriculture, education, energy , environment , tourism, and social and cultural matters. |
