L.I. 2457 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Electric Kettles) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of electric mains-operated electric kettles; iii) supplementary information on electric mains-operated electric kettles and iv) the registration of models of electric kettles in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of an electric kettle that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2441 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Television Sets and Monitors) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of electric mains-operated television sets or monitors; iii) supplementary product information on electric mains-operated television sets or monitors; and iv) the registration of models of television sets or monitors in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of a television set or monitor that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2456 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Electric Motors) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of electric motors; iii) supplementary product information on electric motors; and iv) the registration of models of electric motors in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of an electric motor that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2458 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Air Conditioners) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards and sound power levels of air conditioners set out in Parts One to Three of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of electric mains-operated air conditioners; iii) supplementary product information on electric mains-operated air conditioners; and iv) the registration of models of air conditioners in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of an air conditioner that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Parts One to Three of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2451 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Water Heaters) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of electric mains-operated water heaters; iii) supplementary product information on electric mains-operated water heaters; and iv) the registration of models of electric water heaters in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of a water heater that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2459 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Distribution Transformers) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of distribution transformers iii) supplementary product information on distribution transformers; and iv) the registration of models of distribution transformers in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of a distribution transformer that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2461 - Renewable Energy (Standards and Labelling) (Inverters) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use of inverters in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum efficiency standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule; ii) the labelling of inverters; iii) supplementary product information on inverters; and iv) the registration of models of inverters in the Renewable Energy Product Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of an inverter that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.

L.I. 2460 - Energy Commission (Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling) (Comfort Fans) Regulations, 2022: The purpose of these Regulations is to promote the efficient use and conservation of energy in the country and mitigate related climate change by: a) providing for i) the enforcement of standards set out in the First Schedule and the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule;
ii) the labelling of electric mains-operated comfort fans; iii) supplementary product information on electric mains-operated comfort fans; and iv) the registration of models of comfort fans in the Appliance Efficiency Register; and b) prohibiting the manufacture, importation, offer for sale, sale, storage, donation, disposal, installation or use of a comfort fan that does not meet the minimum energy performance standards set out in Part One of the Second Schedule.
